Halloween Parade

There was a Halloween Parade downtown. If only I'd have known it was for the KIDS to march in, not for them to watch. We discovered this at the last minute, rushed home, put Charlotte in last year's costume, and rushed back. We missed marching in the parade, but still got to enjoy all the fun activities.
