Happy Easter

We had a wonderful Easter and hope everyone else did as well. The Easter Bunny visited Charlotte. She got lots of bath toys and snacks. After opening all her presents we went to the park to feed the ducks. Mommy was nearly attacked by a swan. There was excitement for all.

Charlotte is teething like mad. Both her top teeth have cut and the teeth next to those are working their way thru. I think she is also working out how to crawl. She rolls onto her hands and knees, sometimes moving an arm and knee forward before collapsing into her tummy. She is quite adept at squirming backwards on her belly or scooting towards you on her butt.

She is also determing to stand. She tried to pull up on everything, whether it is anchored to the floor or not. Poor Patch was hauled across the floor as she tried to use his tail to lever herself onto her feet.

Check out the video files for some footage for Charlotte sitting up on her own. Sometimes it takes her a few tries, but she gets there in the end!!
